With so many passwords to remember, it's no wonder that occasionally, we forget one or need to reset it for security reasons! Fortunately, resetting your password is easy and we'll walk you through the steps on how to do it so you can safeguard your account.
Follow these steps to reset your password!
1. Go to our website's login page here https://chriscorsini.com/account/login
2. Click "Forgot Password".
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click "Recover". You will see a notice display that an email has been sent with instructions to reset your password.
5. Check your email inbox and look for an email from us titled "Customer account password reset" from support@inwardboutique.com.
7. You might need to wait a few minutes. If you still don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
8. Open the email and click on the password reset link provided. This will take you to a page where you can create a new password.
10. Enter your desired new password, making sure it meets the minimum length of 5 characters.
12. Confirm the new password by entering it again.
13. Click "Reset Password" and you will be redirected to your account.
My Password Reset Email Did Not Arrive
If you selected the password reset option were unable to receive a password reset email, it is likely because a password was not established or an account was not fully created.
For instance, once you check out and complete a transaction for one of our digital workshops, you may be prompted to Activate Your Account by selecting a password to access your members area. Please see example below:
Once your password is established, you will then be able to gain access to your account.
