- Log into your account. After making a purchase on our website, for paid workshops, they will be accessible once you login, you may access your account by clicking HERE. Once you have entered your account, on the left hand panel, select "My Content" and your workshop should be available.
- Read the "Follow-Up Email" Instructions Carefully. If you have purchased tickets to a LIVE workshop, automatic access will be available 24hrs following the live event. This email includes step-by-step instructions to access your recording & PDF workbook.
- Please Review Related Help Centre Articles. The workshop purchased may be pending activation, you can find more information about the process HERE.
- Get in touch with our Support Team. Send us a message through our Submit a Ticket Form, providing us with your Name, Order Number and Details so that we can rectify this issue for you as soon as possible.
